It is a condition when testis twists along its vertical axis, so that the twist is at the spermatic cord.
The vessels to the testis is occluded, & the testis then becomes ischemic.
Festures of torsion testis:
It happened in men under 25 years old.
Occurs in the awakening of the morning.
It is a quite sudden onset.
it may associated with vomitting and nausea.
1 sided testicular pain that radiates into thelower abdomen.
it resembles kidney stone.
The treatment is Surgical !!!

Acute Appendicitis
Appendicitis is a condition in which the appendix becomes inflamed and filled with pus.
Appendix is a finger-shaped pouch that projects out from your colon on the lower right side of your abdomen.
This small structure has no known essential purpose.
The main symptom of appendicitis is pain that typically begins around your umbilicus region
that shifts to your lower right abdomen.
The pain of appendicitis usually increases over a period of 6 to 12 hours,
eventually it may become very severe.
Anyone may develop appendicitis, but it commonly strikes people between the ages of 10 and 30.
The standard treatment for appendicitis is surgical removal of the appendix.
Appendicitis cause a variety of symptoms that may change over time:
As the inflammation spreads to nearby tissues, the pain may become sharper and more severe.
Eventually, the pain tends to settle in your lower right abdomen — near your appendix known as McBurney point.
It is about halfway between your umbilicus and the top of your right pelvic bone.
But the locations of the pain may vary, depending on age factor and the position of your appendix.
Young children or pregnant women, especially, may have the pain in different areas.
What makes pain worse???
If you apply gentle pressure to the area that hurts, it will feel tender.
As you release the pressure, especially if you do it suddenly, you will often feel rebound tenderness.
It will also tend to get worse if you cough, walk or make other jarring movements especially if the inflamed appendix is
touching the peritoneum — the silk-like membrane that lines the inner abdominal wall and enfolds the intestines.
The pain may get lessen if you lie on your side and curled your knees up toward your chest.
In addition to pain, you may have other appendicitis symptoms:
Such as,
Nausea and vomiting
Loss of appetite
A low-grade fever that starts after other symptoms appear
Constipation
Bloatedness
Diarrhea
Abdominal distension

ARTIC TALE........
The survival instinct is a highly simple notion - one does whatever it takes to survive. However, when you catch a glimpse of animals acting in human ways, your understanding takes a step back and opens itself to the possibilities of beasts with hearts.
It is here finally........

This documentary follows the lives of two "giants of the North", namely, Nanu, a female polar bear, and Seela, a walrus cub. Not many documentaries have been lucky enough to gain entry into the intimate world of animals like walruses and polar bears.
The directors are determined to immerse us into the lives of these arctic giants and they succeed with extreme close-ups of the animals in action. As intimate as the animals are with their families, we also get to experience the same closeness and intimate details of the animal's lives. This intimacy stays true to both the creatures above and below the ice. Many of the underwater scenes will carry you into unknown depths and new insights into the lives of these compassionate creatures.
In addition, Queen Latifah's narration provides a popular hip energy to the documentary. Her use of language like "that's how walruses roll" reflects her personality as she tells the story and gives the film a more genuine and humorous touch. The story is also accompanied by original songs, which are well-written and performed to suit the film's entertaining and heart-warming stories.
This film not only educates us about the loving nature of these animals but provides us with insights into their adaptable nature. It highlights the growing concern of the Arctic ice meltdown and how these animals are affected by global warming. The ice gets thinner and is breaking up, causing many complications in hunting. Nevertheless, these remarkable giants press on in their desire to fight for life, and display their adaptable behaviour in counteracting these new difficulties in different ways. We observe as they let go of what they have learnt for decades and adapt to new ways of hunting and surviving. Thus, we witness an evolution of behaviour from the old to the new.
"Arctic Tale" evokes a whole range of emotions, from laughter to concern. The cinematography is spectacular, taking us up close and personal with the animals in their environment as well as giving us a generous panorama of the blank and colourless landscape they call home. She is...
my Network Pastor, She holds a Certificate - in - Education from the Institute of Education Singapore and was a teacher in Methodist Girls School for 12 years.
She served as an organist in FCBC before coming on staff as a pastor in Oct 1989.
In the area of inner healing and deliverance through prayer, she feels her responsibility is to help the people embrace God as their source of strength for change.
At the same time, she believes that healing must also take place in a community of loving people instead of being dependent on one person.
As a pastor, her vision is to empower multitudes of ladies to fulfill God's commission ,"to preach the gospel to the poor; to heal the brokenhearted; to proclaim liberty to the captives; recovery of sight to the blind; to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord." (Luke 4:18,19).
After a hard day at work, she looks forward to coming home to her husband, Denis Lim and son, Elliot.

He came to serve the Lord in FCBC in 1988 and was the pioneer of TOUCH Music.
Besides doing pastoral work and being a worship leader, he is also in charge of raising up a celebration ministry team of singers, musicians, dancers and dramatists.
His passion is to minister to the Lord and to God's people.
Two praise and worship albums; "It is Now" and "Your Presence", have been produced under his spiritual covering, to capture the anointing of God and to draw the people into His presence.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Music and Communications) from the Oral Roberts University in the USA.
